Nico did an amazing job with the color sealing of the grout of my kitchen tiles and 3 bathroom tiles. The grout used to be stained so even after my housekeepers clean the floors, it would still look dirty. Now with the color seal, I was told I should be able to maintain the clean look for several years as long I use the PH neutral cleaner.

Also, Nico was even able to fill in a thin crack, and it's not noticeable anymore. The whole job doesn't take too long to do, probably 3 hours. Also, for anyone who is new to the world of flooring work, make sure you see a quote that states cost per square feet and how many square feet you have, so the service price is accurately calculated.

I called on 8/16/24 for a free estimate to re-grout & seal the entire main level (approx 1700 sf), including the master shower & bath surround. Nick came out on 8/19/24 w/approx 2 hours of presentation & very reasonable estimate. We agreed on terms, for a 2-day, 3-man project to begin on 8/22/24 & completed on 8/23/24. Nikko & Kevin prepped & scrubbed all the tiles & grout while Ainier concentrated on the master bathroom shower, tub surround & flooring. They took great care to ensure they protected all my furnishings & kept me informed during each process. They were professional, respectful & very communicative. We were very impressed with the hard work & dedication each person showed in their work. I would highly recommend this company for any tile or grouting service.

Nico and Ainier arrived on time to take care of our floors. They were courteous, careful, and efficient. They took the time to answer our questions and explain the process again. Our tiled floor has a texture we love, and the process they used did not change the feel of the tile.

The house smells clean, and the grout is now sealed so any spills and splatters can easily be wiped up with a microfiber cloth and PH neutral cleaner.

The experience was very pleasant. We have white tiles, so we were dreading having to do this quarterly, but Sir Grout does it right once. There is no need for them to come back, and cleaning the floors is now manageable.

Kevin our tech, was extremely professional and we are pleased with the final result of his efforts. Of course, the true test of the product will be once we are able to start using the shower daily. But up to this point, the job was conducted just as the salesperson and Kevin stated it would go.

I bought a rainfall shower head for my bathroom that dripped and caused the tile in my shower to get moldy all over. Chris from Sir Grout came in and regrouted the entire shower and it looks AMAZING. Chris did such a wonderful job and even was able to fix the grout at the bottom of the glass door and around the step to get in the shower. I could not recommend Chris at Sir Grout enough!
